InvitePro is intended for personal and professional event planning purposes. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the service.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create through InvitePro, including event details, guest lists, and messages. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
InvitePro is provided on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
